Alerje Brings on Former Pharmaceutical Exec to the Advisory Board
Frank Orlowski brings 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to Alerje as an investor and strategic advisor. His experience aligns with our current team’s skillsets and we’re excited to have him on board!
Frank’s was happy to share a bit about our latest partnership,
“Epinephrine for a food allergies has been a highly effective treatment helping millions of people around the world for over 25 years. However the critical issue for this therapy has always been the human error, where patients forget to carry their EpiPen and are hospitalized, or even tragically die if not immediately treated.
Alerje is a revolutionary answer to this problem combining the smartphone (which none of us forget to carry!), cutting-edge, informative software, and a medical device — all in one.
I am excited to leverage my 25 years of global Pharmaceutical experience at Pfizer to invest and advise for Alerje — the first technology to integrate smartphones and software, with a life saving medical device — all in one!”
Special thanks to our friends at Solidea Capital for making the connection!
